With an interest-free loan you would be providing the Venezie
Institute with the necessary capital for its major projects
and you would, at the same time, be donating the interest
on this capital. However, unlike a one-off donation, you would
never lose your capital as it would be returned to
you at the end of the agreed period.
Please contact us for further details if you wish to support
us with an interest-free loan.

What Is an Interest-Free
Loan?
Using formal language, an interest-free loan consists in granting
the Venezie Institute "the right to use a portion
of your capital for a set period of time". Practically,
you will be making a revocable transfer of funds to
the Venezie Institute.
In the event you have a need for these funds (or for any
other reason), the Institute will return them to you at
any time upon demand.
What will the Venezie
Institute Do with Your Funds?
The Institute can invest your funds and use the interest earned
to fund its operating expenses - in other words, you will
be donating to the Institute the interest earned by the capital
you loaned us. Or the Institute can use your loan to undertake
major projects and activities. In this case, you will be providing
the Institute with an ideal alternative to borrowing from
lending institutions, as we will not be paying any interest
on the capital loaned.
What Are the Benefits
to You?
As the donor, you will have the benefit of making a meaningful
contribution to our mission without any loss of capital.
Is the Loan Temporary?
Yes, it is. As mentioned, the loan is revocable. In other
words, if you have a need for these funds (or for any other
reason) we will return them to you at any time upon demand.
However, some donors may decide for the loan to be of unlimited
duration and with the potential for a bequest of the funds
to the Institute. While it is not required, a donor
can in fact choose to bequeath the loan to the Venezie Institute
at her/his death.
