François LeBlanc

François LeBlanc is a specialist in heritage conservation and rehabilitation. He is currently the Head of Field Projects at the Getty Conservation Institute in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was also chief architect at the National Capital Commission (NCC) in Ottawa (Canada), and vice-president of the Heritage Canada Foundation.
